At breakfast, Mushrooms on toast with garam masala and savoury crunchies has always been very popular with guests. Recently one of your regular visitors asked if he could have a poached egg on top as well. This has proved such a good idea and is now so popular that we have added it to the regular menu. Of course if you are vegan or prefer it without, you are welcome to do so, but next time you visit, if you have any suggestions let us know.
