Everything is gluten free and most dishes can be adapted to suit individual dietary requirements.

HERB AND GARLIC FRIED POLENTA
Slices of tasty fried polenta served with mushrooms, baked beans, samphire, vegan sausage and fried bread. (v)
A lightly spiced protein packed pancake with sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and herbs,
Filled with a creamy trio of mushrooms and topped with avocado, and garnished with avocado oil and pomegranate molasses (v).
SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH SMOKED SALMON
Lightly scrambled eggs from local hens, served with smoked salmon and an aga baked tomato,
served on a toasted bagel
FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST
Pork sausage and bacon from locally bred and reared pigs, mushrooms, fried potatoes, aga baked tomato and
eggs cooked to your liking.
