AVOCADO AND POACHED EGG ON TOAST WITH BACON OR MUSHROOMS or AGA ROASTED TOMATO.

Our tasty organic artisan bread lightly toasted and topped with avocado.  Served with either bacon or mushrooms and a poached egg or Roasted tomato and balsamic vinegar.

SMOKED KIPPER FILLETS

Served with poached egg and bread and butter.

SPINACH AND POTATO CAKE

A protein packed breakfast with a spinach and potato cake topped with a lentil and mushroom patty and topped with fresh asparagus and tomato. (v)

 

IRISH POTATO CAKE

Topped with bacon /  quorn or tofu rosso,

Served with a tomato concasse and egg for non vegans

HERB AND GARLIC FRIED POLENTA

Slices of tasty fried polenta served with mushrooms, baked beans, samphire, vegan sausage and fried bread.  (v)

A lightly spiced protein packed pancake with sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and herbs,

Filled with a creamy trio of mushrooms and topped with avocado, and garnished with avocado oil and pomegranate molasses (v).
