STUFFED DERBYSHIRE OATCAKE
A Derbyshire oatcake filled with ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and herbs. Topped with cheese and baked in the aga. A vegetarian option is available without the ham. A vegan version is available as a layered vegan pancake.
